In the engineering design phase of the project for the design and construction of the sugar cane transporter, various parts of the machine were carefully designed. This device consists of several main units, with each unit containing several parts and mechanisms. After the design of each unit, the different units were assembled together and the final design of the device was created.

The main objective of this project is to set up a production line for sugar cane transporters for agricultural and industrial companies operating in the sugar industry. In a first step, a sugar cane transporter was designed and then built. In the design phase, various dynamic and static analyzes were carried out for this device.

Once the design and analysis phases of the various units of the device were completed, each unit was broken down into its individual parts and, depending on the thickness of the parts, the laser cutting plans of the parts for the entire device were created. Here are two laser cutting plans of this device for thicknesses of 20 mm. In order to waste as little material as possible during laser cutting, it is necessary to arrange the parts in such a way that as little material as possible is wasted. Two nested designs of this project are shown in the following figures.
